End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WebMUD ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Game.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, WebMUD Inc. ("we," "us," "our") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.

3. Ownership

All content, including but not limited to graphics, text, gameplay mechanics, and software, is the exclusive property of WebMUD Inc. or its licensors. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Game.

4. Restrictions

• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Game.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
• Use the Game for any commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Exploit any bugs, cheats, or unauthorized software to gain unfair advantages.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the Game’s operations or other players’ experience.

5. User Conduct

• Harass, threaten, or harm other players.
• Use offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

6. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Game, or to amend this EULA, at any time. Continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, for violations of this EULA or other reasons.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Game.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Game.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Idaho, United States.
